About SADF ngo
A "Pan-African" Organization
SADF (Solidarité Agissante pour le Développement Familial) also known in English as "Active Solidarity for Family Development" is an international non-governmental organization in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council. It's equally a non-profit making organization also identified by the name PAFIPEDD which stands for "Pan-African Organization for Peace, Education, Dialogue and Development"
The Organization is “Pan-African” because it tends to develop African unity and solidarity, with the aim of promoting peace in the African continent. SADF, although centered on the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo), intends to draw inspiration from African values and dialogue with African cultures instead of imposing a purely foreign model in the search for lasting and durable peace in Africa. Even if it means saying that a true understanding of African cultures and social realities and a true respect for African dignity are the main conditions for achieving true and lasting peace desired in this continent.
This NGO is part of Halloran's philanthropic activities and functions first as an African branch of the Dialogue/JES Institute which is incorporated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under the "Non-profit making Corporation Act," (1933, May 5 , PL 289, s I & 1)
